Our nervous systems are in an ever changing state of excitement and rest. In our excited state we don't think or reason particularly well. In our resting state we have difficulty taking action. Through HRV training you can learn to create a focused and calm state, reduce your stress, become more emotionally intentional, and achieve peak performance in business and sports through inner connectedness. HRV biofeedback indicates when you are in the zone of mind/body coherence so that you can learn to recognize it and reproduce it in real life scenarios. Take back control of your mind and body and find your calm.
